Do you give permission for the following
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) These terms and conditions apply to all candidates at the point thereof, and after Enrolment, and will remain for the duration that the candidate is registered with Allskins School Training Academy London.
2) Candidates are expected to complete the full course. However, where a student does not complete the full course, no refund will be made and the fee for the full course must be paid. Deposits for placements are non-refundable.
3) Candidates are expected to attend for the full term (as detailed on enrolment confirmation). Cancellations of meetings must be made in advance except in extreme circumstances.
4) Any candidates who provide false evidence, their assessments or practical observations may be dismissed from the programme.
5) Candidates who complete the duration of their course but are not competent to be certified for their evidence and assessments may not be entitled to extra sessions, free or reduced price.
6) Any candidates who enrol with Allskins Training Academy agrees to follow the establishment policies, code of conduct, industry code of practice and the professional code of ethics and other information as provided during the induction.
7) Certificate can only be issued to candidate who has attended a minimum of 80% of their course
8) Candidates found to disregard any/all the regulations outlined in the establishment policies, code of conduct, industry code of practice or the professional code of ethics may be dismissed from tuition from part/remainder of their programme. In this instance, the candidate will still be liable to pay the full course fees as outlined.
9) All fees payable to the centre are outlined on your enrolment confirmation. A Signed copy of this is retained at the centre. All fees payable to centre must be paid by the dates as outlined on your enrolment confirmation.
10) In the instance that a payment has not been paid by the due date, tuition will be delayed, and additional charges may be applied.
11) In the instance that a payment is 4 weeks late, tuition will be terminated, and the outstanding amount will be invoiced to the candidate for immediate payment.
12) In the event that an invoice remains unpaid for more than 30 days, (5%) interest will be added which can put up payment above the advertised rate. Further legal action may be taken from the centre to recover any outstanding fees and interest.
13) In the event that legal action is taken to recover outstanding fees, the candidate will be invoiced for any extra fees resulting from this action.
